Meet The Team


Andy Chia is a passionate filmmaker who recently garnered the the Editor’s Award at the 2016 Kota Kinabalu International Film Festival (KLIFF) for his documentary on cross cultural marriages.

Andy’s foray into filming began when he made a splash as an underwater cameraman in 1997. He has been feeding his creative aspirations since then. His skills expanded to include not only underwater filming but also topside and documentary videography when he founded his own studio in 2009. He is a skilled drone pilot and shoots a majority of the aerial videography for company projects.

He was also the official Drone Pilot for the documentary ‘The Madness of Borneo’ funded by FINAS, ’13Hari’ by ScreenArt Studio and ‘Alternartive Kudat’ funded by Asia Development Bank.


As a Design Technology graduate from Univeriti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Karen Chin is now fulfulling her lifelong ambiton of creating compelling and dramatic content.

Karen began paving her career path in video production during an internship under DeeBee Studio. Under the mentorship of the company founder, her true interest in post production unfurled. 4 years and hundreds of videos and projects later, she has since blossomed into a prolific and accomplished editor.

Karen now continuously hones her impecable work ethic, keen eye and attention to detail to craft magnificent stories.


Yvonne studied tourism management in France before she decided to venture into more interesting work opportunities.

Afflicted with an upbeat, charismatic demeanor and insatiable wanderlust Yvonne began shooting her own travel videos, experimenting with different filming and editing techniques. Serendipitously, she became acquainted with Schizo during her brief stint as an event planner, and was quickly absorbed into the production house as an editor. Since then, she has delighted in crafting appealing visual narratives while polishing her post production skills.

Yvonne’s expertise is not just confined to the desk and Mac where she works her magic, but extends to the sky, where she also shines as a drone pilot.


As a third culture kid, Hazo Mahayuddin was born in Morocco and raised in 3 continents, which adds to the fascination she has with this nation of her forefathers. She pursued filmmaking at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia and made the Dean’s List, graduating with a Diploma in Screen Arts (Film). Hazo took baby steps in production as an Assistant Producer and Broadcast Journalist for FM Productions, a production house affiliated with ASTRO, a local satellite TV provider. She co-conceptualized and co-produced ‘Cerita Artis Malaysia’ (CAM), a documentary series highlighting the biographies of celebrated figures in the local entertainment industry. Based in Kuala Lumpur, she has written and co-produced several documentaries, feature length scripts and dramas which have been aired on RTM, Astro Prima, Astro Ria and Astro Citra. Her directing repertoire includes corporate videos, branded digital content and telemovies for Malaysian broadcasters.
